Click modify walls tab modify wall panel attach top base.

When creating a wall a lock icon appears allowing you you lock the wall to another element eg. Revit lt displays a pushpin control near the element to indicate that it is pinned in place. In this video i show you how to attach the walls in revit to the roof above them. However if you create the wall move on then come back and try to lock the wall no lock icon.
